This workshop will be an exploration of belief systems and practical exercises that will guide you to create your own confidence tools to take away and apply in your life to feel good about yourself, remain bulletproof to criticism and stick to your plans. The workshop is followed by a Mindful Hypnotherapy session to give you a boost of your best qualities, beliefs, and strengths to be applied in a circumstance where you need confidence the most.
